You may only use SafeSiteScan on domains that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
By submitting a domain, you confirm that you have permission to perform security checks, verification, and monitoring on that domain. Unauthorized scanning, probing, or abuse of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
Terms of Website Use
SafeSiteScan is provided as a subscription-based service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve security, performance, or compliance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse system resources, or engage in harmful or illegal activity.

No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate cost of performing scans and processing results, no refunds are issued after the first scan has been completed.

These policies and your use of SafeSiteScan are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nacogdoches County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
